About Me

My name is Jordan Fogg and I am currently pursing a Masters in Mechatronics and Robotics at Oklahoma State University where, I am a graduate teaching assistant for Dr. Wang's Circuits class as well as continuing my thesis research into robotic arm control using motion capture cameras. I recently graduated with my Bachelors in Electrical Engineering Technology in May. My time at Oklahoma State has opened a wide range of interesting opportunities both in the classroom and out. I'm was a teachers assistant for the technology interdisciplinary senior design class as well as a laboratory technician at OSU Endeavor undergraduate lab. Being a lab tech allowed me the opportunity to learn a wide range of incredible machines such a 3-D printers (PLA, ABS, Stainless Steel), Laser cutters, and PCB mills (Mechanical and Laser etching). In the summer of 2020 I had the privilege of being part of the OSU Covid-19 response team at Endeavor. This allowed me to assist with the design, prototyping, and manufacturing of face masks, face shields, and prototype test swabs. Electrical Engineering Technology has prepared me with a vast skill set in programming, designing and building of electronic circuits and sensors allowing me to go into the Master's program with confidence and the knowledge to tackle any task sent my way. I look forward to the rest of the Master's program and seeing all the amazing opportunities that await me.
